With close to a decade in real estate and recognition as a 2019 REIQ Awards finalist for Residential Salesperson of the Year, Mitchell combines deep market knowledge with proven performance.

His background in international finance, trading millions through global institutions across London and Dubai, brings a sophisticated edge to property transactions. This experience with Barclays, Citi, Nomura, and Macquarie, serving institutional clients throughout the UK, EU and Middle East, means Mitchell approaches each sale with the strategic thinking and precision of global markets, while maintaining the personal touch that comes from generations of local real estate expertise.

With over 12 years of experience in real estate, media and off-the-plan sales and marketing across Queensland and New South Wales, Casey is a dynamic leader with a strong focus on end-to-end brand and project marketing strategy. She has played a key role in launching over 500 projects, leveraging her expertise in media buying, events and data-driven marketing to drive sales and growth. Known for her commercial acumen and ability to build strong relationships, Casey is passionate about delivering results and optimising sales and business operations.

Sharon Ihle

Sharon has been involved in the property industry for many years and brings this significant experience to the Pezet Matheson team in her capacity as Projects Administration Manager. Her previous experience as contracts administrator at the Oracle Broadbeach, along with her time at Mirvac as Executive Assistant to the Queensland Sales Manager has strengthened her passion for the property industry. Sharon also has a background in property development with her involvement in boutique villa projects on the Gold Coast.

Rainer Luedecke has almost 25 years real estate project marketing experience. He has developed and worked on successful sales and marketing programs for a broad range of private and corporate property developers and leading agencies - specialising in new and off-plan high-end apartments, boutique town houses and gated communities across Australia’s east coast.

Holding both Queensland and New South Wales real estate licences, he brings a professional, highly-organised, mature approach to each project and every transaction, working closely with individual buyers, to ensure both purchaser and vendor achieve their key objectives – where transparency, integrity, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are paramount.
